 1. Visa approval coming from Immigration of Libya for approval indicating the name and passport        number of the applicant

   2. Passport with Arabic translation

   3. One (1) passport size colored picture

   4. Round-trip ticket with confirmed flight

   5. Marriage Contract (if married)

   6. Birth Certificate (for minor)

   7. NBI Clearance

   8. Passport copy with Residence Visa of the Sponsor

   9. Employment Certificate/Contract of the sponsor signed by the Employer

   10. Affidavit Support from the Philippine Embassy in Tripoli

   11. Medical Certificate authenticated by DOH and DFA

   12. Visa application form and Curriculum Vitae / Bio-Data

Applicants who are nationals of different countries can secure their visas from their respective country of origin or the Bureau can issue visas for them if they have the visa invitation coming from the Libyan providing that the name of the applicant, the passport number and the nationality should be indicated in the telex and they must have a residency here in the Philippines.
